All of these components are produced under one roof with our advanced equipment, ensuring one-stop convenience and consistent quality for our customers.
Types of Fabricated Tubes

We fabricate standard boiler tubes and complex assemblies alike, including water wall membrane panels, furnace wall tubes, burner wall tubes, generating bank tubes, swaged-end tubes, economizer coils, and superheater bends. All of these components are produced under one roof with our advanced equipment, ensuring one-stop convenience and consistent quality for our customers.
Some of the tube types and assemblies we routinely fabricate include:
- Boiler tubes: Straight or bent tubes for main boiler sections and tube bundles.
Membrane (waterwall) panels: Furnace wall tube panels with steel membranes welded between tubes to form a gas-tight wall. - Burner wall tubes: Specialized tube arrays around burner openings or on boiler front/rear walls.
Generating bank tubes: Straight tube sections that connect upper and lower drums in water-tube boilers (the “boiler bank”). - Swaged tubes: Tubes with one end mechanically reduced in diameter (e.g., 3″ tube swaged down to 2″) for insertion into smaller openings or tube sheets.
- Economizer coils: Coiled or finned tubes for boiler economizer sections, used to preheat feedwater.
- Superheater tubes: U-bends and serpentine tube assemblies for superheaters, which carry hot steam for energy generation.
Fabrication Capabilities
Our key fabrication capabilities include multiple tube bending machines (handling a wide range of diameters and bend radii), a dedicated membrane welding system for attaching fins between tubes, and a powerful swaging machine to reduce tube ends for proper fit-up. We continually invest in advanced equipment, including a full CNC tube bender with an integrated laser CMM measuring system to further improve precision and efficiency.
Thanks to our on-site tooling and skilled technicians, we can turn around fabricated tube orders very quickly, often shipping custom-bent replacement tubes within days or even hours when emergencies demand. In fact, we have on occasion completed urgent fabrication jobs overnight to help a customer get a boiler back online.
