Straight Tube Service
TBT maintains a large supply of straight boiler tubes for immediate delivery. We stock domestically produced standard boiler tube sizes in common diameters and wall thicknesses, so they’re available right when you need them. This service is ideal for planned boiler retubing projects or quick tube replacements.
Types of Straight Tubes
We carry many standard sizes of fire tube boiler tubes including:
- 2.0″ OD with 0.105″ – 0.180″ wall thickness
- 2.5″ OD with 0.105″ – 0.165″ wall thickness
- 3.0″ OD with 0.105″ – 0.135″ wall thickness
In addition to raw lengths, we can provide a full retube package for your boiler. Send us the original tube dimensions (via drawings or pattern tubes), and we’ll cut and prepare a complete new set of replacement tubes. Each tube can be precisely cut to length, ends deburred or reamed, and bundled and labeled for easy installation. By letting us supply the full set of straight tubes, you save time and ensure consistent quality with ASME code–compliant tubing.
Fabrication Capabilities
In addition to supplying straight tube stock in raw lengths, we can provide a complete retube package for your boiler. Simply send us the original tube specifications or a sample pattern tube, and we will cut and prepare a full set of replacement tubes for you. Each tube can be precisely cut to length, ends deburred or reamed to remove rough edges, and then all tubes are bundled and labeled for easy installation on-site.
